The look of the fabric is camel’s hair. The feel of the fabric is cashmere.

This luxuriously soft, lightweight, fully washable, warm and water repellent fabric is brushed to a soft nap on both sides, so we tailor it without a lining.

Our Polarfleece coat sports a ribknit turtleneck — which can unfold into a hood — and a chest protector with an adjustable belt to keep your dog warm top and bottom.

Custom Fitting

Obviously, many breeds need special tailoring. Over the years we’ve measured hundreds of dogs and developed stylized patterns for specific breeds.

Each Panache custom coat is hand tailored to your dog’s size and shape.

For dogs with an erect tail carriage such as Poodles, Afghan Hounds, or most Terriers, we build in a “V-cut” to allow the tail to stand up while the coat still covers the hindquarters.

For dogs who carry their tails low, we extend the topline of the coat in a drop-off over the tail set.

Special attention is given to follow the contour of the dog’s body.

Dogs with arched backs — Greyhounds, Whippets, Salukis and Italian Greyhounds; dogs with large heads—Rottweilers and Bulldogs; dogs with long bodies — Dachshunds, Bassets and Corgis, are but a few examples of breeds with special fitting requirements.

Giant breeds, too, as well as the overweight dog, can all be fitted.

Polarfleece coats come in the following variety of colors, with a contrasting turtleneck, belt and overlock edge:

• Red, emerald green, cranberry, purple, teal, taupe and dusky blue — accented in black.

• Navy or black — accented in red.

• Heather grey — accented in navy.
